I have known about subliminal technology for around 20 years and it is only is the last six months that I have started to investigate this further. I am always looking for quicker and more effective methods of personal development.

Over the last few months I have been trying two different audio subliminal recordings on repeat at night while I sleep at night, from two different suppliers.
