Astral travel sheffield.

I have started this page on my web site, so that as I get more experienced in the theory and practice, I can increase the content.

I came across Astral travelling many years ago, but wondered if it was just hype from the alternative field and until recently have only just started to investigate it further.  I am still very sceptical about Astral Travelling, but was sceptical about Hypnotherapy, when I first went for treatment.

From the understanding I have so far about Astral Travelling, it is very similar to lucid dreaming, but is done on a conscious level.

I also understand that Astral travelling and out of body experiences are one and  the same thing.

It is possible for people to go Astral travelling without an intention, if they experience great danger or are under great stress.

Many years ago, I was about to hit a car in front of me on the M25, at that moment in time I seemed to hover above myself.  It seemed as though another part of me took over driving the car and I safely drove the car inside the obstacle.  At that time I was going through a very stressful part of my life.

There are a number of techniques that you can use to Astral travel, once you have learnt to switch off through deep relaxation.  I think Astral travelling and Hypnotherapy go hand in

Up to this moment in time, I have still not been able to Astral travel, even though I lucid dream at least once a week.
However I do think you learn skills at a very deep level and my lucid dreams will eventually become conscious Astral travelling.

As soon as I have been able to  Astral travel through conscious means, I will update this page further.
