href="http://www.hypnosis-sheffield.com">www.hypnosis-sheffield.com

Post under construction.

Dear All

I am a Hypnotherapist who has been working with individuals since 2001. I am offering a 50% reduction for new clients in the first week of the New Year, through Sheffield deal of the day.

However I would only advise taking up the offer, if you realise that after the session with me, that you require to use the tailor made Hypnotherapy recording, you walk away with daily, to get the best out of any of my recordings.

Too many people have seen stage hypnosis shows that are very stage managed, there is very little Hypnosis in one and much of the reliance is on people who want to behave like that any way. There is a trance called a somnambulistic trance, it was found that 10% of the population could be made to do things that they weren’t conscious of. Another element is people who are more frightened not to do what an authority figure tells them to do and go along with the show.

If you have had an issue for a long time, it is very unfair to go along and see a Hypnotherapist and expect them to click their fingers and for you to walk away and stop smoking instantly or attain your ideal weight without any effort on your own part. The Hypnotherapist is the guide and can’t do the work for you, it is like somebody sat next to you and teaching you to drive a car, you are the one who has to move the peddles and turn the steering wheel. How many lessons did you have to have, before you could drive a car and that is a much simpler task than having ultimate control over your own mind.

Whether you want to stop smoking or attain your ideal weight, the first thing I need to do is know a little more about your life, which I will spend 15/20 minutes finding out about. Your issue is only the tip of the iceberg.

I will then show you how to breathe quickly and how to remove tension from your body. Being relaxed in your daily life, is so important if you want to attain your ideal weight or stop smoking. One person who came to see me, found that before losing weight, they started to achieve more first, so it won’t hinder your effectiveness.

I will then take you deep inside yourself and guide you through a number of visualisation exercises. Once you are in a deep state of Hypnosis, I will suggest the outcome in your life that you are looking for, in a way that your subconscious mind can take on board.

You will then walk away with a tailor made Hypnotherapy recording, that I highly recommend using daily. On average most people watch 4 hours TV a day, so finding half an hour shouldn’t be a problem, especially with the pleasant feelings you will feel.

By finding time daily to listening to the Hypnotherapy recording, you will start to carry that relaxed feeling over into your daily life. As you carry this relaxed feeling over into your daily life, you will find that any events from your past that are causing you to smoke or eat excessively, will be released by your subconscious mind, for you to come to terms with.

Suggestions made into your subconscious mind, have a greater effect on you while hypnotised and this will help you start to change your beliefs and behaviours and become a healthy non smoker or help you to attain your ideal weight.

Repetition is very much the key, along with relaxation, being in the state of hypnosis and positive suggestions.

Miracles happen after one session of Hypnotherapy, if you find time daily to play the recording for the next month. If you miss a session, just start again the next day. More deep rooted issues could take up to 5 sessions. Please be patient with your Hypnotherapist, if you want them to help you.

Please try the free 20 minute relaxation recording, by clicking under the links at the top right hand side of the page. Full length Hypnotherapy recordings can be downloaded on the downloads page of my site.

Until next time think positive.

Best regards

Tim

If Tim Wells Hypnotherapist and NLP master practitioner who is in close travelling distance of Sheffield city centre, can assist you further, please contact him on (0044) 01909 561706 or via Drakeholes

If we move further along the canal we arrive at a lovely stretch of the canal called Drakeholes.

There is a lovely pub called the White Swan, where you can have a really nice carvery lunch, then once your meal has settled there is a really nice stretch of the canal to walk down. You can either sit inside the pub or outside admiring the view, or down by the side of the canal, where there is a tunnel entrance. I first stumbled across this stretch of the canal in the early 1980′s, when a friend took me to see his boat on the canal and this is only the stretch of the canal I can remember actually travelling on the water.

There are a number of parking spaces by the side of the road, if you get to Drakeholes early and if it is a nice day, it is an excellent place for a picnic. If you then walk down the canal, in the opposite direction to the tunnel, if I remember rightly there are two tunnels, then you appear at a quaint village called Wiseton. A few years ago I thought I was walking on a private road, because it has posts and chains all along the road. You will

Turner wood winter

There is also a path that intersects the canal at this point and you can travel to Lindrick dale, Anston stones and Lindrick common.

I have had a number of strange experiences at this point. An ex partner I hadn’t seen for 20 years suddenly appeared front of me as I was walking past the row of cottages at Turner Wood and it was nice to be able to talk about our past relationship more objectively. Only last week a Vulcan bomber appeared above the row of cottages at Turner Wood, it was only a few hundred feet of the ground and was only gliding along. He then turned toward Netherthorpe air field and then came back over us, before heading back to Finningley where it is now based. As it flew across Worksop, it suddenly turned on its burners. I understand that the Vulcan had been to a show at Sunderland and did the fly over Netherthorpe air field, for the show that was been held there, because it still had enough fuel in the tanks.

<div

is a very popular key word, so you may like to focus on other keywords that aren’t so popular and try and rank your site in an indirect way.

Exchange links with like minded sites.

Find sites that are similar to your own and ask them to exchange links with you, in exchange for you linking up to them. Some people say it is better to have a three way link, whereas I prefer to do a reciprocal link, but will do a three way link if absolutely necessary.

Other than that, that is all there is to increasing the ranking of my Hypnotherapy Sheffield web site.

There are also sites that come along and take content from my site, which doesn’t bother me. I have a word press add on, which ensures that each page they take from my site points back to me, increasing my web site ranking further.

Please contact me if you would like to exchange web site links, with my Hypnotherapy Sheffield web site. I will also exchange web site links, with other holistic and health sites.

I also write about other similar subjects that interest me, such as dancing, the Chesterfield canal and indirectly people find out about my business.

On the last workshop I went to about increasing the ranking of my Hypnotherapy Sheffield web site, they talked about social networking media, which is an important element to look at. I use Linkedin and twitter and am working on expanding further, using youtube and facebook.

Google seems to be the most important search engines site, having about 75% of the traffic, but there are other search engines such as Yahoo and smaller ones.

As well as working on increasing the ranking of my Hypnotherapy Sheffield web site, it is also important to network with people. But in the case of my own business, I have to be careful that I don’t end up coaching people for free. There are lots of local networking groups around and I even set my own up.

I have also been on Radio Sheffield about 15 times talking about Hypnotherapy and would like to get a break through and go on the Television.

Many people promise to get you the top ranking on Google, but you are the person who knows your business the best and it also doesn’t cost anything. If you are going to pay to advertise on the web, try Google add words. I found no benefit from advertising on Yell.com, I just ended up with other businesses contacting me, to sell their services.

Google also has some webmaster tools to help you improve the ranking of your site and you can ensure your site map is stored there, each time you update your site.

I hope I have improved your knowledge of ranking your web site and please contact me, if you are a suitable site to link with.

Please try a free Hypnotherapy MP3 download by clicking under the links at the top right hand side of the page. Full length Hypnotherapy downloads can be purchased on the download page. Downloads only cost £11 and include free email support. Only purchase a download, if you are willing to find time daily to listen to.

Until next time think positive.

Best regards

Tim

Tim Wells Hypnotherapist and Neuro Linguistic Programming (N.L.P.) master practitioner, who is based in close proximity to Sheffield, can be contacted on (0044) 01909 561706 or via <a

You will not only feel physically refreshed but tiredness and stress should vanish as a result. The UK is a wonderful place in which to take a relaxing holiday and the choices are seemingly endless, from first class hotels and spa weekends through to peaceful self catering accommodation set amongst rolling hills and delightful English countryside.

The beaches of Cornwall and Devon are extremely popular as are Somerset and Dorset. Tenby and the surrounding Welsh countryside provide a range of stunning locations for a relaxing break and for both fishing and golf. With magnificent scenery such as the Giants Causeway and the rolling hills of Connemara and with so many quiet and wonderful beaches, Ireland is the place to go.

The county of Kent, known as the “Garden of England”, is another popular location in which to relax and unwind in one of the many pretty countryside villages or bustling coastal resorts.

Travel north and you will discover the largest national park in England, the Lake District. Here the opportunities to walk and to relax amidst breathtaking scenery are endless. Further north still, you will discover Scotland with its rugged highlands and beautiful lochs – a joy to visit.

Yorkshire is a delight, its coastal towns boasting superb beaches such as those to be found at Scarborough and Whitby. South Yorkshire offers a range of peaceful destinations for an enjoyable, relaxing holiday where you can enjoy bird watching, walking, strolling around museums and heritage centres.

When you have chosen your location and decided on the activities you wish to undertake, if you do your homework before your holiday commences you will be able to plan things in advance and therefore gain as much as possible from your break. Browsing the internet will enable you to check that spa facilities, amongst others, are available.

Do remember to pack your walking boots if you are an avid hiker as well as binoculars for viewing the scenery and for a little bird watching. As beautiful as England may be, holidaymakers need to be prepared for rapid changes in the climate. A beautiful sunny morning can change to a wet and chilly afternoon / evening so both warm and lightweight clothing must be packed and wet weather gear as well as sun tan lotion are essential.

Among the many benefits of holidaying at home in the UK, there are no concerns that a passing volcanic ash cloud may result in your flight being cancelled or delayed – who needs a plane when you can use the train. Alternatively, taking your car allows you to more or less take the kitchen sink with you if you wish. The currency is not a problem, you know you will enjoy the food and you don`t have to struggle to learn a few key phrases in the local language before your holiday begins!

The UK offers almost endless choices, from superb luxury www.cheaphotelbookings.com/uk-hotels/sheffield-hotels-5.htm near Sheffield to idyllic spa breaks in elegant seaside resorts dotted around the nation`s coastline. Whatever your preferences, there should be a spa, guest house, B&B, holiday cottage, hotel or camp site to suit.

If you can’t wait for a holiday and would like to become more relaxed, please try the free Hypnotherapy recording, which you will find under the links at the top right hand side of each page. Alternately you can purchase a full length Hypnotherapy mp3 download recording on the downloads page of my Hypnotherapy web site.

Tim Wells Neuro Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner and Hypnotherapist who is based close to Sheffield, can be contacted on (0044) 01909 561706 or via <a
