A few days ago I did a blog on Hypnotherapy and breast enlargement and thought I best not leave the guys out and have written this article.

Like I said to the ladies with breast enlargement, Hypnotherapists say that it can help with enlarging the penis.  However I believe that you have to be satisfied with your body and if there are any benefits and you do increase the size, then it is an added bonus.

Thousands up thousands of ladies have silicon implants to increase the size of their breasts.  I am not sure how many men go to the extreme of having surgery to increase the size.  Personally I think it is unnecessary and dangerous.

A friend and me were both discussing the topic one day and we both agreed that we would increase the size of our penis, if it could be done without surgery.  The benefit wasn’t for our partners, but our own ego’s.  Hypnotherapy may help with this, but I haven’t seen it as a great urgency to experiment with.

If you came along to see me about extending the length of your penis, I would find out a little more about your issue.  Yes I will suggest an outcome into your subconscious mind around increasing the size of your penis, but I would also help you to become more satisfied with its current size.

I have worked with gentlemen who have had both problems with premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction.  I have worked in both heavy industry and banking so you will find me easy to discuss your problems with and other than me nobody else will be party to those discussions.

Once I have found out more about your issue, I am going to show you how to breathe correctly and how to remove tension fully from your body.  I will then take you in on yourself and into a deep hypnotic trance.  Once you are in a deep Hypnotic trance, I am going to suggest the outcome your desire.

Your session is recorded onto a CD for you to take away and play daily.  Miracles happen in one session, more deep rooted issues could take up to five sessions to resolve.   Sessions can be scheduled weekly, monthly and fortnightly.   I would recommend using the recording for one to two months to get best results.

A you start to relax better you will start to carry that feeling over into your life.  Anything from your past, especially around puberty will be released by your subconscious mind, for you to face and put to sleep.

Suggestions made while you are in a deep Hypnotic trance will have a greater effect on you, but daily repetition is still important.

It maybe that your penis size is quite normal and that you are just distorting things in your own mind, this issue will dissolve over time.  However if during your puberty you had a hard time and didn’t develop fully because of thoughts you had at the time, these will be erased and your body will be allowed to carry on growing.

Hypnotherapy is a very powerful tool and if you subconscious can control your heart without thinking, then it maybe possible to enlarge the size of your penis.  But this should be a bonus, rather than the end of the world.

I know of an Hypnotherapist who says he can increase your height and he says this is controlled by the subconscious mind.

If a lady says bad things about the size of your penis, I would say that she is best out of your life.  Which is the same as I would say to a lady, whose husband said her breasts aren’t big enough

A good way to increase the ranking of your web site in google, is to exchange web site links with like minded sites.  There are two ways to do this, point at a site who points back at you.  The other way is to point at one site and for another site to point back at you, which is called a three way link.

Which ever link exchange you choose, use a program to ensure that the link still exists.  I use webconfs.com.  99% of people are honest, but a few people exchange links then remove the link when you aren’t looking.  Other people remove the link by mistake and need a reminder to re-install.

Each time you exchange a link with another site, add it to the checker you set up in webconfs.com.  If you do a three way link exchange, you will have to keep an additional spreadsheet, so that you can keep a track of links.  If a third party link disapppears to you, you will need to check which site you pointed at and remove the link back to them.

It is best to exchange with links that are closest to the content of your site.  I have found it very difficult to exchange links with other Hypnotherapists in Sheffield, I suspect they see me as a competitor and we are supposed to be in the field of helping other people.  Even another Hypnotherapist who lives local to me, who I have helped in the past, sees me as a competitor now.

I have had to go further afield and exchange with other Hypnotherapists in Nottingham, but the odd one in Sheffield will exchange with me.  I have had Hypnotherapists as far afield as Australia exchanging links with me.

With my web site being a health site, I also find it advantageous to link with other complimentary health sites such as: Reike, Indian head massage, Reflexology etc.  I also look to exchange links with any site that is beneficial in a health way.

One of my main key words is Sheffield, so any local site I can connect with in Sheffield, is advantageous for me to link up with, to improve my search engine ranking.

The other most important criteria to increase the ranking of your web site, whether it is Hypnotherapy or other, is to ensure that you major keywords appear in your site as often as possible.  I keep adding blogs written in different ways to increase the number of times my keywords appear in my site.  I use googles free web tools to find my key word density and which sites point at my site.

The other major factor is ensuring that your site ranks highly, is that you have all the correct meta data for each page, so that when somebody looks for your site and it appears in a search engine, that they feel inclined to visit your site.

I suggest that you look for any social networking tools to improve your visibility and link them back to your web site.

I am going to be honest up front and say that there are no guarantees that Hypnotherapy is going to increase the size of your breasts, however I have heard of people using Hypnotherapy for that matter.

However if I was to help you increase the size of your breasts, I would also help you to become more satisfied with your body and an increase in breast sizes would be an added bonus, if it did in fact happen.

I recently watched a program about ladies who had breast surgery and it made me feel very sad.  One particular lady wanted the biggest breasts in the world and was willing to damage her own health to achieve this.   She was having a final operation to increase the size of her breasts, even though the current ones were giving her bad back problems.

It seems sad that people are willing to risk their health, in order to gain other people’s approval in this way.

I understood that the French government are suggesting that ladies have a certain implant removed which is a danger to their health, whereas the British government so far aren’t recommending this.  I can’t believe the number of ladies who have gone to this extreme to have larger breasts.

If I was helping you to increase the size of your breasts using Hypnotherapy, I would first find out a little more about the issue.  I would then show you how to breathe correctly and how to remove tension from your body.  I would then guide you in on yourself and then through a number of visualisation exercises.

While you are in a deep state of Hypnosis, I would suggest a number of positive outcomes into your subconscious mind.

The onus would then be on you to find time daily to listen to a tailor made Hypnotherapy recording I give to you on CD to take away with you.   I recommend using daily for the next month or so.   Sessions can be scheduled weekly, forthnightly and monthly.   Miracles happen in one session, more deep rooted issues could take up to five.

As you learn to relax correctly, this feeling will become more of your daily life.  Negative feelings and memories about your breasts in the past will be released by your subconscious mind, you will come to terms with these feelings and put them to sleep.

Repetition and the depth of the trance will allow suggestions to have a greater effect on you.

If you had a traumatic puberty and your body didn’t fully develop, these feelings will be released by your subconscious mind, so that you come to terms with them.  If your body is fully developed, you will become more happy with it.

A lot of people may have had suicidal thoughts at one time in their life, but if in any way they are getting on top of you, seek help.

When you have resolved the issue Hypnotherapy will help you to become more in control of you life, but for the time being get in contact with the experts on this particular area of expertise, because you will need more support than a Hypnotherapist can give you.  Hypnotherapy is more about making you more self-reliant, but at this point in time, your need is more to be in contact with people who can help you.

There has recently been a high profile case where Gary Speed committed suicide.  I had been watching him Saturday on football focus and the next day was shocked to hear that he had died.  I thought it may have been in a car accident,  but later found out it was a suicide.   I have to admit though, that he sounded depressed to me.  However outwardly he seemed to have everything, a happy marriage, he had just finished a high paid career in a perfect career as a professional footballer and had just started to succeed as the manager of Wales.

20 years ago while working for a banking organisation in Sheffield, a work colleague who I had known quite well committed suicide.    It came out of the blue to most people, but I do know that he had a gremlin from his past and this must have eaten away at him.  Nobody would have expected him to have gone to these extremes, as he seemed such a happy go lucky person on the surface

I have found that once you start talking about an issue that really troubles you, you are half way to solving it.

If I was to say I am the best Hypnotherapist in the world, I am only doing that for the purpose of attracting your attention through search engines, if you should make such a search.

I am celebrating the fact that I have now 200 pages on my web site, which isn’t bad going for a year or two’s work.

However I do like to think that I am a pretty good Hypnotherapist and I walk my talk.  I didn’t become a Hypnotherapist, because I saw it as a way of making a lot of money, but because I used it myself many years ago to resolve my panic attack issue.  I just then became very interested in the positive thinking field.

I decided to train with Optimum performance across in Manchester, with Hazel and Malcom, completing my NLP practitioner training certification and then I went to the next level with Hexagon training in Sheffield, where I completed my master practitioner certification in NLP.

When I first set along the path of doing my NLP training, I had done it because I thought it was more business like, but during the training I found it to be Hypnotherapy but marketed in a different way.  I therefore decided to specialise on the Hypnotherapy side of my training, following on from my own life experiences.

I have since carried out many other training courses and studied many other area’s, The Sedona Method, Brandon Bays Journey Workshop, Lucid dreaming, Mind machines and Subliminal technology.  You name it I have looked into it.

However you can go all the training courses in the world, but without trying out the information you learn, you will become nothing more than a New age junky.

My experience of self help goes back over 20 years.  But if you take into account that I did Marathons 30 years ago, I was already looking at psychology then.  I also went to the Scouts up to being 21 and gained my Queens Scot Award, where I learned leadership skills.

I have worked in both heavy engineering where I used to have to wear overalls and safety wear and moved across into banking and worked in the City of London, staying in the best hotels in the country.    I loved electronics when I was growing up and this was the link between steel manufacturing and banking.

If I was going to help you with an issue, I would first find out a little more about your life.  Whether you want to stop smoking or lose weight this is only the tip of the ice berg.

I would then show you how to breathe correctly and how to remove tension from your body.  I would then guide you in on yourself and into a deep hypnotic trance.  While you are in a deep state of Hypnosis, I would suggest the outcome you would prefer into your subconscious mind.

You would then walk away with a 30 minute tailor made Hypnotherapy recording on a CD.  However Hypnotherapy will be a total waste of time or no more the useless, if you don’t find time daily to listen to the recording or at least every other day.

As you learn to relax properly, you will start to carry that feeling over into your daily life.   Any memories from your past that could be causing your problem, will be released by your subconscious mind, so that you can come to terms with them.

While you are in a deep state of Hypnosis, anything suggested to you will have a greater effect on you.  repetition while in this sate of mind is very important.  Your belief’s and behaviour’s will start to change, as you become a non smoker or attain your ideal weight.

It could take between 1 to 5 sessions to help you, dependent on your resistance to change.  But Hypnotherapy will only be worth your while, if you are willing to listen to the tailor made recording on a regular basis.  Sessions can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly and monthly.

I have been Lucid dreaming for over 10 years, when I first started I had to use a device called a Nova dreamer, which used to flash each time I went into Rapid Eye Movement (REM).  The Nova dreamer woke me up in my dreams so I could become Lucid, however I had to look for flashing lights in normal waking reality and do a reality check.

Anything you do in normal waking life, you will do while asleep at night.  If you do a reality check while awake, you will look at some writing on a piece of paper, when you look back at the writing it will still be there.  But if you do the same reality check while dreaming, when you look back you will not see the text and know you are dreaming.

Rather than using a Nova dreamer mask, I now use a wrist watch with an alarm on it.  I get the alarm to alarm every hour.  I do a reality check by looking at a business card with “Lucid dreaming” written on it.  I look away and ask myself the question “Am I dreaming or am I awake?”.  I then look back at the card and ensure that it still says Lucid dreaming.  I then say ” the next time I am dreaming, I will know I am dreaming and become Lucid”.  I then imagine being in a Lucid dream.

I then sleep with my alarm clock beeping every hour, at some stage I will do a reality check while I am sleeping and know that I am dreaming.

I have been trying to Astral travel for quite some time, then realised that there is no difference between Lucid dreaming and Astral travel.  I will say again Lucid dreaming and Astral travel are the same thing.

There are two ways to Lucid dream. One is to wake up in a dream by doing a reality check or to notice a strange event in a dream or a dream sign that happens on a regular basis.  The other way to Lucid dream is to fall from normal waking consciousness into a dream, by keeping conscious focus while you drop off into a dream.  You may count down from 1000 to 1, saying 1000 I am dreaming, 999 I am dreaming etc.  Or you make imagine a Locus flower in your throat with a flame in the middle and focus on that until you fall asleep.

People who claim to Astral travel are doing nothing other than having a cat nap and falling into a Lucid dream.  Probably people who don’t sleep enough at night.

I have recently created a Hypnotherapy recording to help people Lucid dream.  It is really important to use auto suggestion and suggest you can Lucid dream tonight.   I will let you use this recording if you contact me, but on the understanding that you will give me feedback on your experiences.  This Lucid dream recording is free for a short period of time.

Another important way to have Lucid dreams, is to ensure that you remember your dreams, by programming your mind to do that.  Dreams become more Lucid towards the end of the night.  Set an alarm clock to wake you up after 4.5 hours, then every 1.5 hours after this, until you get out of bed.  Have a dream diary by the side of your bed and write your dreams straight into it.  REM dream phases become longer the night progresses.

Look for the dream signs that occur regularly, especially strange events that happen, such as you are flying.  Then tell yourself that the next time you see something strange or one of your dream signs, that you must be dreaming.

When you first become Lucid in the dream, you may jump straight out of it in excitement.  But as you become better at Lucid dreaming, you may need to imagine spinning to extend the length of the dream or tell yourself while dreaming that you can have a long dream.

You can Lucid dream about anything you want.  You can learn a new skill such as playing a musical instrument, you can travel to a country you have never been to.  You can travel to the future or back into the past.  Your first Lucid dreams will be of a very sexual nature and this is probably because sex is repressed an awful lot, considering the images we are subjected to during the day, with slick marketing and advertisements on the TV.

If you wake up an hour early.  Go about your daily routine and then go back to sleep, you increase your likelihood of having  a Lucid dream.  Count your self down, by saying to yourself 1000 I am dreaming, 999 I am dreaming or focus on the Lotus flower in your throat and then you will become Lucid in your dream.

It is getting to that time when some people look at starting a new years resolution, but for many people they fail at the first hurdle.  A recent EU survey suggests that nearly 25% of females are classed as obese, closely followed by the men.  You may have tried many times to attain your ideal weight, going on crash diets or trying a different exercise routine, to end up back at the point where you started in the first place.

The problem is many people try to do it with their will power, which works for a time, but then their subconscious mind takes them back to where they started in the first place.  If you have a pattern of failures in your past, then they tend to exert their effect on you.  The subconscious mind doesn’t like big change, so you have to fool it, by making the change so small it doesn’t notice.

One of the greatest problems is that people put themselves under far too much pressure, if only they would go a little slower.  Building up their exercise routine, so that it is more sustainable or changing one thing a week in their diet, until they hit their ideal weight.  Diets don’t sound much fun to me, when they make you feel more stressed than good.

If you decide to buy a gymnasium membership but only go to the first session to work out your new routine and never follow it up.  Then it would be no different to going to see a Hypnotherapist, letting him produce you a tailor made Hypnotherapy recording on CD and then not taking time daily to listen to the recording, even though you actually like the way it makes you feel.  If you went to a doctor and he gave you a course of pills to take, if you choose not to listen to his advice and stop taking the pills before they have had time to help you, there is only one person to blame.

Whether you want to stop smoking or attain your ideal weight, why don’t you make it the year that you actually succeed at the goal for ever.  Having drunk excessively myself 20 years ago, double the government guidelines.  But after seeing a Hypnotherapist for the panic attacks I was suffering from, my drinking halved and has since petered out over 20 years.

I don’t think you need to use the technique called gastric band Hypnotherapy to attain your ideal weight, but you need to see a Hypnotherapist who knows what they are talking about and walks their talk.  I recently worked with a lady who had a real gastric band fitted and after a while, she started to put the weight back on, until she came to see me.  Since that time she has lost a stone and is half way to attaining her optimum weight, she has since recommended me to a number of her friends.

If I was going to help you stop smoking or reduce your weight, I would first find out more about your current life style, as we may have to alter it a little.  I will then teach you how to breathe correctly and how to release tension from your body.  You will then be guided in on yourself and then through a number of visualisation exercises, until you hit a deep Hypnotic state.  I will then suggest a positive outcome into your subconscious mind, which will have a greater effect on you, when in this state of mind.

You will then have a 30 minute tailor made Hypnotherapy recording to take away with you, to be used daily where possible until the next session.  You could require from 1 to five sessions dependent on the depth of your issue.  Appointments can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

As you start to listen to the Hypnotherapy recording daily, you will start to carry that feeling into your daily life.  Because you feel more relaxed and better about yourself, you will reduce the wanting to eat excessively or smoking to calm your nerves.

As you become a more relaxed person, any feelings from your past that are causing you to smoke or put weight on, will start to be released by your subconscious mind.  You will come to terms with these negative emotions from your past and put them to sleep.

Because you are listening to the positive suggestions daily, while in a deep hypnotic state of mind, your subconscious mind will take them on board more readily.  You will gradually start to change your belief’s and behaviours, so that you stop smoking or attain your ideal weight.  You will feel more motivate to exercise and gradually change your diet.

Repetition, relaxation, deep trance state and a positive affirmations are the key to you attaining your ideal weight or stopping smoking.  The feeling of boredom that may have caused you to smoke or eat excessively will start to dissolve.

I dislike headlines such as the above, but when you get down into the figures then there seems to be a good reason to come to those conclusions.  Cancer research UK carried out a survey of 134K of people who were diagnosed with cancer in 2010 and found out that 40% of men and 45% of men had cancer due a life style choice.

61K was due to smoking

30K a poor diet of varying kinds and obesity.

12.5K due to alcohol.

Ignore these facts at your peril.

Many of us maybe at risk from cancer due to factors that we are totally unaware of because of dangerous chemicals and additives in food.

Some people can live very long life’s even though they carry out one of the above, but could suffer much later in life.

I think stress could also be added to this list and would increase the 40% figure quite drastically, but it would be harder to measure.  Stress in many cases is a life style choice, because people push themselves further than they really need to.  Never being satisfied with what they have already achieved.

I came across a gentlemen who had helped cure his mother of advanced stages of bone cancer, when I was doing my NLP training.  His name was Richard Dilts.  By taking his mother back to events in her child hood using NLP techniques and helping her to resolve the conflicts.  Her cancer had cleared up completely and even years later had not returned.

Brandon Bays who runs the “Journey” workshop, also talks about helping a gentleman to cure himself of cancer, using one of her techniques.  The hospital who were treating him at the time, claimed it was due to medication they gave him.  However he had remembered an event from his past, where his mother had been killed by a stray German bullet and believed the hate from this event was the cause of his cancer.  Once remembered and dealt with the cancer disappeared.

I do feel disappointed that the NHS are not preventing disease more, rather than dealing with the after effects, which takes much more time.  If you run a car without changing the engine oil, the engine is liable to burn out and need to be replaced, for the sake of a yearly service and oil change.  I also think the NHS should be run more in the way of insurance, if you look after yourself then it costs you less.  I think it unfair for people who look after their health, to have their service degraded when they occasionally need it, by people who knowingly abuse their health.

Hypnotherapy can help with the three main causes of cancer if you also invest time in yourself.  It will help you to stop smoking, reduce your weight and drink moderately.

But it is like buying a Gymnasium membership, if you don’t attend the Gym, you won’t increase your muscle mass.

People watch stage hypnosis and see people doing very strange things without any effort on their own part and think Hypnotherapy will help them with no effort on their own part.

If you see any decent Hypnotherapist, after the session they should give you a tailor made recording to take away on CD, which you require to use daily to get best results.  Without 30 minutes enjoyable effort a day, Hypnotherapy will be a total waste of time.

As you learn to relax correctly, that feeling will pass over into your daily life.  Rather than taking away your productivity, you will actually achieve more with less effort.

Anything from your past that maybe causing you to smoke, drink or eat excessively will be released by your subconscious mind for your to face as an older wiser person.  Past memories will then be filed away cleanly in your subconscious mind.

While you are in a deep hypnotic trance, anything suggested to you in a positive way, will have a greater effect on your.  Your beliefs and behaviours will start to change and you will attain your ideal weight, stop smoking and reduce your drinking.

I recently read an article that said that British ladies topped the list of the most obese in Europe and the gentlemen weren’t far behind.   I think I have come across other surveys which make this level much higher.

I wrote a few blogs about a new technique called gastric band Hypnotherapy, but feel that this isn’t going to work any better than normal Hypnotherapy.  When I first started to train as a NLP practitioner, I found that NLP was just Hypnotherapy with a different name and have focused on this element of my training, which I find to be simpler and more effective.

There all sorts of different keep fit crazes that go the rounds, one of the latest ones is Zumba.  It is a form of dance exercise based on Latin American dancing.  I prefer Salsa or Modern Jive, which involves dancing with a partner and is much more social.

I recently had a lady contact me who had resorted to having a gastric band fitted to help with weight loss, to start with she lost weight and then started to put it back on.  After a couple of sessions of Hypnotherapy with me, she lost a stone and is half way to her target of losing two stones and feels much happier about herself.  This lady has since recommended me to a number of her friends who have come to see me.

The mystery slimmer from Yourmag also did an exchange with me and what she found to start with, is that she started to achieve other things in her life first, before the weight started to come down.  She had been stuck for some months after losing weight.   At the moment she seems to have hit another plateau, but she needs a few more sessions of Hypnotherapy, hopefully I will get a chance to work with her again in the New Year.

I think the British are far more connected with the American culture than the Europeans and we have copied some of their bad life style choices, especially intake of the wrong type of food and nutrition.  Recently when doing some temporary work with some Indians, they always brought in prepared food, that they had made at home.

Britain has moved from a manufacturing base to a service sector base and far too many people sit down all day and receive no exercise throughout the day.  Ladies now have all the latest labour-saving devices for around the house, so don’t get the exercise they would get in the past.  Too many people jump in their cars, rather than getting on a bike or walking where possible.  They say on average people watch 4 hours TV a day.

There are also a high number of people who don’t work, some unable to find jobs and others who have been classed as not able to hold down a full time job, for one reason or other.  I think this figure runs into 4 million.

I would like to see the health service in a prevention drive, because longer term, excessive weight leads to ill health, damage to joints and a Cancer research UK survey says that excessive weight leads to cancer over the longer term.

If you have tried to lose weight in the past, you have probably tried to use your will power which works for a time, but then suddenly you are back where you started.

If I was helping you to lose weight I would first find out more about your life, as your life style maybe a contributory factor in the problem.  I would then show you how to breathe correctly and how to release tension in your body.  I would then start to guide yourself in on yourself and then through a number of visualisation exercises.

Once you are in a deep Hypnotic trance, I would suggest an outcome into your life, in a way that your subconscious mind will take it on board.

After the session I will give you a tailor made Hypnotherapy session on CD, which I highly recommend using daily until the next session.  As you take time daily to relax for half an hour, that relaxed feeling will be carried over into your normal daily life.  The feeling that causes you to over eat will start to disappear.

Any events from your past that maybe causing you to put on weight, will be released by your subconscious mind so that you can come to terms with them.  You may have had a pattern of failure in the past, that you have re-affirmed to yourself.

While in a Hypnotic trance anything positive suggested to you will have a greater effect on you.  You will then start to feel more motivated to exercise and eat heathily.  Your belief’s and behaviour’s will gradually change.

Repetition is the key to this, your problem will have existed for quite some time, so it is unfair to expect a Hypnotherapist to wave a magic wand without any effort on your own part.  The only effort I require from you is finding time daily to listen to the thirty minute tailor made Hypnotherapy recording.  Miracles can occur in one session of Hypnotherapy, with continual use of the recording daily for the next month or so.  More deep rooted issues could take up to 5 sessions of Hypnotherapy.

I would advise you to find an exercise routine your enjoy and to gradually change your diet, rather than make massive changes.  One change in your diet a week, will amount to 50 things over a year and be more sustainable.

I am a Hypnotherapist who has been working with individuals since 2001.  I am offering a 50% reduction for new clients in the first week of the New Year, through Sheffield deal of the day.

However I would only advise taking up the offer, if you realise that after the session with me, that you require to use the tailor made Hypnotherapy recording, you walk away with daily, to get the best out of any of my recordings.

Too many people have seen stage hypnosis shows that are very stage managed, there is very little Hypnosis in one and much of the reliance is on people who want to behave like that any way.  There is a trance called a somnambulistic trance, it was found that 10% of the population could be made to do things that they weren’t conscious of.   Another element is people who are more frightened not to do what an authority figure tells them to do and go along with the show.

If you have had an issue for a long time, it is very unfair to go along and see a Hypnotherapist and expect them to click their fingers and for you to walk away and stop smoking instantly or attain your ideal weight without any effort on your own part.  The Hypnotherapist is the guide and can’t do the work for you, it is like somebody sat next to you and teaching you to drive a car, you are the one who has to move the peddles and turn the steering wheel.  How many lessons did you have to have, before you could drive a car and that is a much simpler task than having ultimate control over your own mind.

Whether you want to stop smoking or attain your ideal weight, the first thing I need to do is know a little more about your life, which I will spend 15/20 minutes finding out about.  Your issue is only the tip of the iceberg.

I will then show you how to breathe quickly and how to remove tension from your body.   Being relaxed in your daily life, is so important if you want to attain your ideal weight or stop smoking.  One person who came to see me, found that before losing weight, they started to achieve more first, so it won’t hinder your effectiveness.

I will then take you deep inside yourself and guide you through a number of visualisation exercises.  Once you are in a deep state of Hypnosis, I will suggest the outcome in your life that you are looking for, in a way that your subconscious mind can take on board.

You will then walk away with a tailor made Hypnotherapy recording, that I highly recommend using daily.  On average most people watch 4 hours TV a day, so finding half an hour shouldn’t be a problem, especially with the pleasant feelings you will feel.
