I am a hypnotherapist who is based in the South East of Sheffield, at North Anston, which is on the A57 to Worksop.

I certified as a Master Practitioner of N.L.P. (Neuro Linguistic Programming) in 2000 and after a years career break have been gradually growing my business, first working with individuals for a number of years and progressing to group work.  I am about to deliver my own Stress Management Courses under by own banner, rather than being a provider for other training organisations.

I can help with the following areas:-

Stress Management, relaxation, depression, panic attacks, weight Management, being a non-smoker, confidence building, phobia elimination and elimination, anger management, anxiety management, sexual problems, insomnia, stopping and quitting smoking.

All hypnosis is self hypnosis, I am the guide to start with, until you learn to use self hypnosis unconsciously.

I can help groups, organisations or companies.  Doing talks, courses, training, classes, workshops, group relaxation sessions, motivational speaking, workplace coaching and consultancy.

I can see people face to face or even work over the telephone.  I have a selection of off the shelf Cd’s that you purchase from me.  In the future I will be updating my web site, so that you will be able to download MP3 recordings.  I can now transfer recordings for specific goals directly from my computer to yours using Skype and accept Paypal.
